• Delivery: The orders are generally delivered within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Charges: For orders below the value of ₹499, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied. However, for orders above ₹499, we offer free shipping as a gesture of gratitude for your support.

2. Nationwide Deliveries (All Pin codes other than 110025)

For orders with delivery addresses outside the local pin code (110025), we collaborate with Shiprocket, a dependable shipping provider, to ensure secure and efficient delivery of your products. Here’s what you need to be aware of:

• Processing Time: Following order confirmation, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Provider: We Deliver all the orders via India Post’s Registered Printed Books Postal Service.
• Shipping Charges: Orders below ₹499 are subject to a shipping fee of ₹49. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.
• Delivery Time: Products shipped via India Post typically arrive within 5-7 working days.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Return Request Window: Customers have 3 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return request.
• Return Shipping: In the event of a return, the customer must bear the cost of shipping the product back to us. This is necessary to process the refund.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
